Tony, Izzy and Luis have over 50 years of competitive driving experience between them. They have taken the experience, knowledge and ability gained over these years to help other drivers develop their skills and win races. Drivers that we have coached have won races, set track records and won championships. Coaching can take various forms depending on the needs and desire of the driver.

Let us design a coaching program for you -- please contact us and we can get started on making you faster, more confident, or whatever your needs are.

Race Weekends:
The most basic method is to observe the driver from various points on the track and provide feedback after each session. Generally, we focus on specific sections of the track each session rather than entire circuit. This style of coaching can be enhanced with the option of two-way radio communication. This is beneficial during race weekends to help the driver get more out of each session.

Track walks are extremely valuable in aiding the driver to find reference points. The track walks help better understand brake points, turn in points and apexes.

Video review of on-track sessions is another method that can be used alone or in combination with the previous methods. The driver and the coach review the tape after each session and discuss what the driver is doing, both good and bad. This also provides a visual and lasting tool that the driver can use over and over -- or compare their performance at the end of the season to where they started at the beginning.

Test Days:
We can provide equally prepared racecars that are used in a lead and follow method where we first demonstrate what the driver should be doing. We then swap positions and observe the driver to see how he/she is applying the information.

Two options available for test days are (1) two-way radio communication, allowing the coach and driver to communicate in realtime. This heightens the experience by being able to know how you're doing at exact points on the track and make adjustments;
(2) video analysis, by installing cameras in one or both of the cars we will have a visual aide in explaining what the coach saw on the track as well as a permanent record of your improvement.

For drivers wanting to learn more advanced racecraft -- how to set up a pass, how to pass off line and practicing nose-to-tail driving -- we can use three or more equally prepared cars. We stage exercises under controlled circumstances to simulate a close competition where the driver has the opportunity to lead and protect the lead as well as occupying all the other positions in the pack.
